• The Project: Leading developer Flanagan & Gerard has revealed plans for a R600 million shopping centre, spanning 22,000m².

• Retail Offering: The mall will feature around 60 retail outlets directly connected to the casino complex, adding a fresh layer of convenience and choice.

• Timeline: Construction is expected to begin in September 2025, with the grand opening scheduled for March 2027.

• The Vision: The aim is to create a community-focused hub that blends retail and leisure, elevating GrandWest’s reputation as Cape Town’s go-to entertainment destination.

This expansion promises to bring an exciting new dimension to the GrandWest experience, making it an even more versatile stop for locals and visitors alike.
